 * Based on the final ubuntu 10.10 release now
 * New properly built kernel with full support for all ubuntu features
 * Dropped many of the needed hacks from the RC image (image is actually upgradeable now)

 * make sure there are no /tmp/.X11* or /tmp/.ICE* files since they prevent oem-config from starting
 * also make sure that /var/run is completely empty so apps can create their directories in there in
   case the tmpfs mount from mountall fails or some such

 * add /usr/share/doc/test-ec/README with the content from http://tosh-ac100.wetpaint.com/page/Peripheral+Control+(ec_odm)
 * add ext4 modules from http://tosh-ac100.wetpaint.com/page/optional+modules
 * make sure all network using daemons have network access (this enables avahi and firends)
